Do you live in Marion County, Indiana? Are you a US citizen, US national or a qualified non-citizen?
Is your last three months of household income (all persons 18 and older) less than the following:
1 person in family/household = $8,059
2 people in family/household = $10,539
3 people in family/household = $13,018
4 people in family/household = $15,498
5 people in family/household = $17,978
6 people in family/household = $20,458
7 people in family/household = $20,923
8 people in family/household = $21,388
