You can apply the Winter Assistance Fund (WAF) at the BACI office starting on 01/06/2025 – 05/31/2025. This fund is specifically designed for families who are struggling to pay their energy bills due to high cost and not qualify for the Government low-income families Energy Assistance Program. The application can cover up to $400. Registration is required for to get an appointment.
