Covid-19 K-12+ Remote Learning and Online Resources Launched

INDIANAPOLIS, April 1, 2020 — In response to the new reality of Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19), the Burmese American Community Institute (BACI) is launching a Covid-19 K-12+ Remote Learning and Online Resources Center, designed to support K-12+ students, their parents, and educators in the US and around the world.

While the COVID19 K-12+ RLIRC page is created primarily to help support thousands of K-12 Burmese (and Asian Americans) and immigrant communities in the US, their parents and their teachers —with the online resources that may be available and helpful for their effective remote learning as we navigate through this difficult time—anyone may find the information shared on the page helpful. We also hope that high school students, college students, and educators in Myanmar, Southeast Asia, and around the world will find this page informative and helpful with their learning and teaching during the COVID-19 crisis and beyond.

Check back often for new information as we navigate this challenging time together. We are all in this together, and together, we will get through this.
